Here at 52Love we take a holistic approach to wellness. So, that means we want to enrich our minds,  stretch our bodies, and uplift our spirits. Our "Expand Her Palate" (EHP) retreats provide you with a variety of community and cultural activities dedicated to building true sisterhood with women inside and outside of the African Diaspora.

 

What does that mean? 52Love is intentional about the heartwork of community and cultural healing. We believe it is important to experience the breadth of complex beauty the world has to offer through art, culture, food, learning, movement, reflection, and wellness.
