From our experience, community is best built in safe, nurturing, open, creative spaces. For us, the kitchen table is that space. The kitchen table has produced as many meals as it has artists, activists, movements, creatives, and communities. It is a space as much as it is a feeling. By becoming a member you are joining a group of like-minded individuals that understand the beauty and necessity of cultivating everyday excellence.

If you think about it, some of your favorite superheroes did not fly or wear capes. They helped you become a better you and a productive global citizen. They held some of the most important titles—Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, “my” teacher, mentor, friend, coach—and didn’t get paid much. But they created spaces for you to thrive. Their presence gave you hope.
